An interest in the software and commercial real estate industries. Experience with a variety of software products, especially commercial real estate, a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interviewing skills. Must be able to capture information from and relate to cross-functional individuals and groups. Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge of business and technical concepts, and applications. Ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities and project schedules. Experience using standards and templates in a structured writing methodology such as Information Mapping. Experienced user of word processing, flowcharting and collaborative software. Write/update documentation for all company offerings and platforms: Write online Help file topics according to template standards and writing guidelines. Manage projects, timelines and review cycles to meet dynamic and/or concurrent deadlines with some supervision. Write all documentation according to template standards and writing guidelines. Consistently apply structured writing and plain language principles and methodologies. Manage and track work on MS Azure or equivalent. Transcribe individual and group interviews into document edits and content. Communicate project status to Team Lead, Release Manager, Project Management in meetings and via reports. Collect documentation content and planning information in cross-functional team meetings. Stay aware of the latest information; actively keep skills (technical writing, computer skills and software knowledge) up to date. Monitor progress of a project against milestones or deadlines. Make changes in own work methods to improve performance. Work effectively as part of a team of writers, adapting to different styles and templates.
