Strong background in selling SAAS solutions to strategic clients including banking, insurance, equity investors, corporates or other industries. Established network of contacts at major accounts in the region. Proven hunter with strong selling skills in major accounts, and excellent understanding of their buying cycles. Excellent understanding of Commercial real estate companies; Investment management; Asset, debt and fund management; Valuation and Performance management; Budgeting and forecasting; Investment strategies and Business process management are all valuable assets. Fluent in both French and English; Italian or Spanish knowledge is a plus. Plan, execute, and manage sales strategies for accounts within your specified geographies to meet sales performance targets Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making, and overcome objections to closure in commercial agreements Deliver on an end-to-end sales process by proactively managing existing accounts Build influential relationships with both new and existing clients and key personnel to increase their current spend Arrange meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer and present to high-level executives Look for opportunities to diversify and expand into new markets Achieve high sales targets and goals as specified on an annual basis Maintain CRM database: Perform accurate data entry of customer profile, customer updates & any account activity in a timely and consistent manner Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to contribute to the company’s overall sales success and give the highest possible level of service to our clients Participate in national or international events in the (commercial real estate) sector or customer events organized by Altus Group Relevant and successful experience with C-Level meetings / able to fluently communicate and understand their focus and strategy. Great collaboration and team skills are needed to develop trusted relationships internally, as well as externally with Customers and Partners. Excellent communications skills ranging from persuasive on a one-to-one basis to presentation skills to groups. Expertise in MS Office.
