Expertise and accreditation in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture Minimum 6 years of industry work experience; In depth knowledge civil construction, including development, contracting and design; Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation. Lead the planning and implementation of multiple medium – large scale civil projects Define project tasks, resource requirements, develop full scale project plans, as well as assemble and coordinate project staff Responsible for the management of the project budget and project resource allocation Manage day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution Undertake (with and without design consultants) detailed site investigations to identify risks and / or opportunities.
