4+ years of experience in content marketing, and with a background in commercial real estate and/or commercial property tax Experience executing on content for a variety of content types Strong analytical and project management skills Strong editing and proofreading capabilities, with a critical eye for detail Excellent time management, with a proactive approach to work Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, while balancing multiple priorities Experience managing internal and external stakeholders Experience working as part of collaborative and cross-functional teams Experience managing content for a variety of purposes Knowledgeable about best practices for content and targeting the appropriate audience Outstanding communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking Fluent in English. Fluency in French would be an asset, but not required. Experience with Asana, Figma and Microsoft 365 is an asset Content mapping and end-to-end project management of content - whether campaign, strategic initiative or ad hoc Represent the Content Marketing team on campaign or project teams Lead and propose the strategy for achieving a desired outcome with content Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders – whether SMEs, writers, leadership, clients or other vendors Promote a collaborative and cross-functional working environment with all relevant teams (internal and external to Global Marketing) Plan and deliver high-quality, consistent and impactful content in a timely manner The ideal candidate will have experience in project managing and executing a wide variety of content, including webinars, podcasts, blogs, videos, infographics, reports, ebooks, and guides. In addition, they’ll have experience strategically leveraging key content distribution channels like newsletters, display advertising and sponsored content. And they’ll understand what it takes to create great content that resonates with our target audience and supports them on their buying to post-sale journey.
