Positively impacts the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies and customer communication tools. Leads forecasting efforts among the team, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis. Accountable for team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives. Campaign Management Build out campaigns for up-sell, cross-sell, and outbound prospecting Collaboration Coordinates the involvement of sales support teams, including sales operations, SME, customer support, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers' expectations are met. Works with marketing management to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the sales team. Leading and Coaching Prioritizes coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest impact on business results. Identifies deficiencies in skills among sales associated and works to improve individuals' capabilities via coaching, development, and training.
