Job Description

Minimum 3 years sales management experience (preferred in ERP software/manufacturing, but not mandatory) Must have skills to coach and assist reporting reps in relationship and benefit stream selling to “C” Level customers Ability to understand business flow and articulate software benefits stream to prove out a return on investment. Negotiation skills are critical and ability to work with a customer from discovery call to close. Proven experience of growing revenue Proven experience with customer escalation resolution Minimum 10 years of experience in sales (preferred in ERP software) Proven experience of growing revenue Undergraduate College Degree Ability to travel up to 30% Manages all sales efforts and revenue generation within your team Leads and succeeds in attainment of all key sales initiatives and goals Coaches and oversees other sales professionals assigned to work in the territory Provides accurate sales reports and data (using Salesforce) Conducts product overviews, demonstrations, and webinars as needed Conducts regular meetings and trainings with department staff Participates in various sales functions such as trade shows, conferences, etc. Helps implement sales and marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results of industry. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and driving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas/goals for sales reps and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products. Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees if needed; action plans, monitoring, and appraising job results. Provides tactical and strategic territory, account, and opportunity leadership. Maintains professional and technical knowledge. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Serve as leader– work with staff on various day-to-day issues that arise Will consistently model ECI’s core values Will serve as influential leader by demonstrating professionalism, passion, enthusiasm, providing communication, motivation and creating teamwork and collaboration aligned to ECI’s values Will analyze work flow, metrics for problem areas and processes and recommend improvements or solutions to make us more efficient to expand globally
