You will resource individuals for projects based on capability and skills, ensure biographies are up to date, and schedule interviews with Project Managers as needed. You will act as a liaison between the project and internal and external resources, communicating decisions, preparing them for onboarding, and facilitating an internal kickoff call for resources as needed. You will complete all resource-related documentation, including work orders, subcontract agreements, etc. Executive reporting. You will verify the information entered in our multiples systems is up to date and prepare reporting and KPIs for leadership team meetings to identify needs and gaps. You will ensure: The resource time management tool is up to date for all resources. The completion and accuracy of the Pricing Matrix and SOWs for allocated resources. The time tracking tool functionality to ensure accuracy. Contribute to projects directly. In addition to ad hoc requests, you will be part of ​​the team implementing a new resource management and billing platform.
