A bachelor level in another field with relevant work experience is equally acceptable 5 years of experience in brand and/or marketing management, preferably for an international B2B technology company in products and services A strong brand story builder that can translate market and customer data and insights into effective multi-channel campaigns Experience in influencing a matrix organization and stakeholder management Independent, structured approach, can-do attitude, and sense of initiative Fluent in English and German level B2 Independent with a structured approach and getting-things-done attitude Strong interpersonal, commercial, and presentation skills Good mix of strategic insight and hands-on operational prowess Experience in digital channel marketing is a plus Create, maintain, and grow the market in EMEA for our AM software product line Manage the well-known pre-print Magics suite and the SAAS platform CO-AM Target external and internal service bureaus that use 3D printing as their production technology and serve the manufacturing industry across Europe Work closely with the sales organization to upsell and nurture existing accounts Collaborate with the EMEA marketing manager to support the European sales organization Regionalize product marketing campaigns to suit the EMEA region Create and execute the yearly EMEA strategic marketing plan which will consist of a combination of lead-generation digital campaigns, webinars, PR, training courses, and local events Joint budget responsibility for the EMEA marketing budget Translate the EMEA strategic marketing needs into EMEA campaigns Monitor the execution, effectiveness, and impact of marketing activities and evaluate if defined objectives are realized and improvements need to be made
