Team work oriented, great communication skills, agile, creative, real inventiveness and good ability to adapt Ideally, 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large company context Comfortable receiving or giving critiques Ability to develop within game design constraints and turn those restraints into exciting visuals that improve the experience Experience collaborating with multiple disciplines, including Game Designers, Level Designers and 3d Artists and animators Knowledge of 3D softwares a plus Create detailed original concepts of characters and related objects Paint detailed concepts over existing 3D geometry Produce inspirational, promotional, and marketing art Help craft style guides and visual language for the project
