At least 3 years of direct sales experience with a track record of sales success. Experience in B2B Software / technology sales in the Engineering / Manufacturing sector (Automotive sector) Experience in sales of PLM / CAD / CAM /CAE systems or other engineering/manufacturing software systems is highly desirable. Good eye for business foresight in handling forecasts and targets Excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluent Czech/Slovak and English Collaborative, (collaboration with partners is the key in the role, rather than direct sales), determined, with attention to detail, thoroughness, and high level of accountability Build relationships with our Partner network. Provide them with mentorship and guidance on good practices for territory planning, effective development of account plans and maintenance of the sales pipeline, enable them to identify and qualify potential customers and opportunities. Support Partners in developing skills so that they can identify the most appropriate software solutions for potential customers. Provide mentorship through the sales process, including effective meeting planning and opportunity tracking to achievement of revenue targets within the territory. Help Partners to resolve contract issues prior to contract negotiations and set priorities on critical issues. Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings). Provide guidance on the development and implementation of strategic account plans to ensure the achievement of assigned business goals and budgets. Participate on development of sales plans and strategies, developing forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels. Lead territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity. This position is based in Prague, Czech Republic, and we offer flexible working. Therefore, there is no need live in Prague, where our office is situated, but count with regular weekly travel to Prague – 1x-2x a week. As this is a sales position, we will provide you with the flexibility to manage your own time, however, we would expect you to travel to Partner and Customers sites on a weekly basis.
