Our employees embody our four core values of teamwork over ego, innovation in everything we do, individual empowerment, initiative, and ownership, and passion and excellence in every area. 5+ years of relevant work experience as a partner engineer, solutions/sales/software/API engineer, developer advocate, or related experience Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working cross-functionally (Business Development, Product, Engineering, Marketing) and partnering internally to deliver projects Self-starter who is comfortable building from the ground up, creating new operating patterns and best practices, and managing ambiguity.BA/BS degree Experience with SaaS companies and markets Strong relationship builder with both internal and external stakeholders Experience working with developer platforms spanning partner management, customer support, technical writing, and API development Background and interest in developer platforms and communities, APIs, and the business opportunities they open and accelerate Passionate about helping Lucid’s partners be successful.
