Job Description

Multiple years of applicable experience in designing and facilitating effective virtual instructor-led trainings for a software business Awareness of and willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment across time zones. Willing to learn and keep pace with a broad and rapidly evolving product portfolio. Self-starter with well-developed sense for priorities and the ability to follow through Strong business sense with a positive, get-it-done attitude balanced with a well-developed sense for realities.. Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, organizational and thought leadership skills in learning. Strong sense of ownership and autonomy Keen eye for organization and precision. Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapting to change and working cross-culturally. Passion for learning and the overall mission of the company Degree in engineering, computer science, education, or commensurate experience Certified or experienced in instructional design, facilitation and/or instructing. Proficient in English; any additional language is a advantage. Define and align with zone learning businesses on standards to be used for instructor enablement and validation Define, develop, and implement an instructor enablement and validation process to ensure defined standards are being met Serve as role model for the instructor community from a technical, personal, and methodical point of view Support the definition, implementation, and scaling of the instructor coverage model Own, create and curate a CoP site that houses materials, standards, etc. to be used for enablement and learning as needed Serve as single point of contact for instructor-led materials and liaison between the instructor community in the field and the WW Xcelerator Academy Team Gather, analyze, and channel feedback from instructor community to WW XA Team Develop and nurture a community of instructors made of full-time instructors as well as subject matter experts that are leveraged as part-time instructors. Maintain an “instructor coverage dashboard” (who is capable of teaching what course, in what language, global / zone / regional level) Analyze and act on customer feedback of instructor community members. Regularly observe live classes to ensure high quality delivery and identify areas for growth or optimization throughout the community. Contribute to the optimization of the Xcelerator Academy portfolio offerings that include instructor-led training.
