You are familiar with CASL (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation). Experience in the real estate industry or professional services environment is beneficial. The growth mindset. You can build out an understanding of how tech and trends fit into and impact the broader scope of business and the intention of marketing. The technical skills. Your technical toolbox includes proficiency in virtual event platforms (Cvent), marketing automation (Pardot), and CRM (Salesforce). The project management and collaboration skills. You are an innovative self-starter with a demonstrated ability to be proactive and successful in a fast-paced environment. You can establish relationships with internal teams and third-party providers, working closely towards common goals. You can balance multiple deliverables, communications, and stakeholder expectations. You are a problem solver who respects diverse opinions. Learn. You will dedicate time learning our marketing technology and working with the team to create processes that capitalizes on the tools, adding value to what we do. Execute Canadian and US marketing campaigns. You will support marketing campaigns in both countries, some cross border, and associated marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and campaign best practices. Support event participation. You will define our presence at industry trade shows and events (both digital and ultimately in-person) and coordinate logistics alongside the Events Manager, using new marketing tactics to drive ROI for the business. Oversee digital advertising. You will own the digital advertising strategy and channels across North America and work closely with the creative and digital services team to develop advertisements and pay-per-click campaigns that will drive engagement and pipeline for Tax. Deliver emails. You will develop an email marketing strategy, design emails according to best practices, and manage the contact database (including CASL and other legal compliance).
