A Bachelor’s Degree or a proven combination of education and experience at a professional services organization. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role supporting higher-level partners. Assist the CFO, CCO and other senior leaders with administrative, research and coordination tasks. Organize meeting schedule and executive calendars including preparing meeting agendas, minutes and meeting documents. Arrange and manage business travel, including flights, transportation and accommodation. Manage executive correspondence, including prioritizing email inbox, preparing and reviewing communication, prioritizing incoming mail and requests, processing emails, responding to communications directly or indirectly. Support diaries and schedules of senior leadership team as required. Support Board meeting schedules, liaising with the Company Secretary to support agendas and meeting arrangements. Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting cadence, associated document schedule and follow-up with team members where required to ensure timely and quality submission. Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Liaise with external contacts to understand requirements for engagements and support scheduling and prioritization. Maintain a strong working relationship with all relevant departments. Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management.
