At least 3 years experience in B2B event management Demonstrated experience with event management Good communicator Creative problem solver Strong project management and organization Ability to manage vendors and budgets Ability to work smart under pressure and efficiently on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where and unexpected complexities can crop up. Ability to travel (including potential evening and weekends) Experience with HubSpot, Confluence, and Canva a plus Manage calendar of internal events Identify and research new event opportunities aligned with target markets and business goals Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success and executive stakeholders to ensure successful event execution Help launch and execute our first customer event, including contract negotiations with hotel, venue, and vendors, securing the best possible terms and cost savings, and overall project management Support team requests for HQ visits for prospects and customers Manage all shipping, show service ordering, and logistics Coordinate with demand gen for social media calendar and email promotion Design new promo/branding/booth graphics for events Manage vendors and optimize for high quality booth wear and give-away Manage marketing inventory of collateral, swag, signage, and booth assets Assist with researching and arranging experiences outside of industry events (e.g., receptions, dinners, outings) Gather event feedback and create post-event reports Log event leads and notes in our CRM Coordinate with Demand Gen for social, email, and other promotions Reporting and updating overall marketing spend and budget Track call for speakers and award opportunities and manage submissions Some travel may be required for booth set-up, tear-down, and overal.
