Job Description

Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively Successful track record to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business acumen and industry expertise Ability to direct the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly SaaS / On-Demand knowledge and experience Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com Experience with Maintaining and distributing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for SDR & Sales reporting Sales Management - 40% Proactively manages/tracks sales activities and effort among sales representatives managed, ensuring that the quality of sales effort meets company expectations. Positively impacts the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies and customer communication tools. Leads forecasting efforts among the team, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis. Accountable for team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives. Leading and Coaching – 25% Prioritizes coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest impact on business results. Identifies deficiencies in skills among sales associated and works to improve individuals' capabilities via coaching, development, and training. Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDRs and sales team members. Ensure SDR & Sales Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring 1:1s SDR Team Management – 15% Oversee and train members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities on all offerings. Work closely with Sales, marketing, and Customer Success to identify key company accounts or offers to target and develop. Collaboration – 10% Coordinates the involvement of sales support teams, including sales operations, SME, customer support, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers' expectations are met. Works with marketing management to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the sales team. Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes Campaign Management – 10% Build out campaigns for up-sell, cross-sell, and outbound prospecting. Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Managers, and Offer Marketing to develop effective messaging for outbound communications to your team’s assigned accounts.
