7+ years' experience in an IT Engineering role focusing on Cloud technologies. 5+ years' experience in a Cloud based DevOps role. 2+ years' experience in a team management role. Strong agile development background with experience in Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of Cloud based IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools including Jenkins and Terraform. Manage and guide India based DevOps team members with the goal of delivering quality and secure solutions on-time and in alignment with requirements. Manage, retain, and grow talent within the Altus India DevOps engineering team supporting cloud and legacy environments. Provide technical leadership within the team focusing on DevOps best practices, tools, standards, security, IaC, CICD, test automation, platform scalability\resiliency\continuity, process development, operational transition, and delivery. Align India team with Security, Architecture, Development, LiveOps, and business stakeholder requirements and DevOps chapter standards. Accountable for India DevOps team's sprint management\planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and overall status reporting. Report on budgets, hosting costs, and seek cost savings opportunities.
