Manage, coordinate and successfully deliver construction and fitout projects from inception to handover, Coordinate specialist design consultant appointments in consultation with Clients; Develop, refine and control the Client's approved budget and report on same; Develop, document and implement Project Management Plans Lead and manage critical relationships with key clients, consultants, and internal and external stakeholders The preferred candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Expertise and accreditation in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture Minimum 3 years of industry work experience; Civil experience preferred In depth knowledge of the property and construction industry including development, contracting and design; Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
