Have experience working in HR/REWARD (HRBP, Recruitment) and creating job descriptions Be comfortable with (and be good at) building relationships, facilitating and influencing senior managers, and questioning their assumptions and perceptions Enjoy delivering training, presentations, and engagement sessions to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders Have excellent written skills and with a great attention to detail Be able to flex and adapt in an ever-changing environment with rapidly changing priorities Be highly organised with great attention to detail Have great IT skills, solid knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
