You need to have at least 1 years of Social Media management experience for a B2C brand (ideally within Food & Drink). Proven organic social experience is hugely important – across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Tik Tok. A willingness to get stuck in and ‘do the do’ rather than wanting to do the strategic stuff. You need to be good with your phone (taking photos, capturing interesting moments, replying to DMs & comments etc)
