Work closely with Performance Marketing, Customer Lifecycle, and Content Marketing Managers to create impactful campaigns and multimedia content, promoting assets such as articles, infographics, and videos Develop compelling social media and community forum strategies, leading to informed and relatable discussion with customers Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels – e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels Manage the day-to-day activities and triaging of posts within our community forum to drive active engagement Collaborate and actively contribute innovative ideas for customer acquisition and retention Monitor, track, analyse, and report on performance on social media platforms Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity Analyse and report on competitor activity
