Effective partnering with business leads to develop and deliver social media content and campaigns to a high standard Provide guidance to the Global Corporate Digital team and stakeholders across Global Corporate Affairs on effective social media tactics Manage, review and publish social media content calendars and ensure they adhere to various requirements Communicate social media channel strategies to stakeholders, update team processes where needed to ensure content and creative approaches are aligned Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and track key performance indicators and analyse results to improve digital channel strategies, campaigns and more Manage social media channel maintenance on a regular basis including creative, cyber security and administrative tasks Support the community management of social media channels in partnership with a third-party vendor Support editorial planning by building campaigns and social media posts in third-party tool Ensure there is branding consistency and accuracy for external social media assets
