As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in processing customer enquiries and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. Sales Administrator Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, logistics management, invoicing, and documentation. Coordinate with various internal departments, sister companies and external couriers to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of products. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, delivery schedules, and resolving any issues. Assist in the resolution of customer complaints or issues, providing timely and satisfactory solutions. Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare quotes and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer databases, and inventory levels. Monitor sales data and generate ERP reports for management analysis. Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and marketing activities. Support the sales team with any additional administrative tasks as required. Essential Experience: 2 years’ proven experience in a Sales Administrator or a similar administrative role Experience in arranging international logistics Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
