Responsible for assisting the Senior Projects manager in the delivery of the Council's Capital Planned Maintenance Programme, ensuring industry's best practice is adopted including scoping specifications, tendering works, evaluating bids and ensuring robust contract and monitoring processes are in place Responsible for assisting in the management of refurbishment and maintenance projects for the corporate estate portfolio and seeing through project delivery from inception to completion by reviewing programme delivery, cost plans, risk registers, contracts, and site monitoring to assure the delivery of building projects follow best practice construction management and adhere to all statutory legislative and council policy requirements.
