Lead the activities of the People Services team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of administrative tasks relating to each stage of the employee life cycle Manage the effective provision of “first line” people advice to colleagues Provide technical payroll expertise Lead reward activity and develop the provision of employee benefits including pay, pensions, company car and employee insurances Implement and maintain salary sacrifice schemes Identify and drive process/system enhancements and manage the implementation of these into the People Team and wider business Support the business to ensure that company processes comply with statutory data information laws (GDPR) Liaise regularly with peers to understand and meet their current and future people related administration requirements.
