Experience in digital performance planning and implementation, across multiple markets Advanced hands-on experience across the Google suite (AdWords, Tag Manager, Analytics etc), Microsoft Search Ads and Facebook Ads Manager/Meta Business Manager Ability to communicate at all levels Broad knowledge of communication channels beyond digital media (UX, CX, CRO, CRM etc), and their potential contribution to a marketing strategy Ability to interpret data into insight and action – dashboards are prevalent, understanding how we derive meaningful recommendations from them is essential Ability to collaborate with all agency partners, from Creative to PR, with a broad understanding of their contribution to the marketing mix Be up to speed on developments in the tech and biddable space
