Primary experience in Lead Gen or Conversion based campaigns Proven-track record of scaled results and performance across Meta and/or Google Ads Creative thinker: someone who thinks creatively about media buying and thinks about the best creative possible to achieve certain goals or objectives Superb written skills - particularly for writing copy for social and search ads Excellent platform knowledge and experience solving issues within Meta and Google Willing to learn and evolve knowledge under guidance of highly experienced media buyers and consultants Good understanding of numbers and an analytical mindset for reporting success back to clients A self-starter who is happy getting on with tasks, particularly in a hybrid work setting
