· Supporting the Commercial Director in developing and delivering successfully the marketing strategy, having the ability to translate into clear briefs, brief creative teams and develop work that works · Establish marketing objectives with the Commercial Director, owning and implementing them within agreed timelines · Be comfortable with working and supporting across multiple profit centres, building strong relationships · Monitor and report on marketing campaigns and goals · Develop, lead and grow our marketing function in a growing business · Continuously analysing market research, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends · Building relationships with key external stakeholders and forming strategic marketing partnerships · To create the marketing budget, monitoring and updating the board · To participate in trade shows and industry events.
