You will be responsible for owning end-to-end customer comms lifecycle across all our markets and products, delivering targeted customer communications, optimising our customer engagement and lead-nurture activities across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for a roadmap of data-led, targeted CRM communications, delivering best in class campaigns and optimising performance. You will own the management of our CRM software, helping develop the customer contact strategy and data set ensuring that we have the ability to deliver effective messaging. You will support the business in new and exciting projects, launching new products and working with our partners to provide seamless CRM solutions. You will own our customer referral scheme, testing and developing our offering to encourage acquisition, loyalty and retention. You will also act as the business go-to person for marketing permissions queries relating to the use of customer data and be responsible for the appropriate documentation. This role will suit you if you are very hands-on and happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to deliver results, full of initiative and eager to get things done to the highest possible standard. We need someone who has a solid strategic mindset, strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to solving problems. Some startup or small biz experience would likely be a plus.
