Job Description

Assisting with the organising of internal and external events, including booking travel, ordering and maintaining stocks of promotional goods and arranging lists of delegates. Printing, scanning and copying of documents, producing court bundles, ensuring master bundles are correctly prepared in line with fee earner instructions. Managing both incoming and outgoing post, emails and messages. Ensuring they are received by the intended recipients in a timely and accurate manner. Answering internal calls for members of the team and relaying messages accurately. Qualifications To be appointed to this role you will need to be: An effective communicator with the ability to liaise with people of all levels both verbally and in written form. A good organiser with the ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines. Possess and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude whilst also being able to adapt quickly to change. An excellent team player who has recent, relevant office administration experience. An aptitude for administration and managing processes effectively. Highly computer literate with MS Office and able to pick up new skills quickly.
