Own the A/B testing process across creative, messaging and optimisation tactics for both prospecting and remarketing campaigns Managing email marketing campaigns, continuously A/B testing to maximize conversion Take ownership over the selection of products across customer emails based on product availability and product performance. Managing the affiliate agency and taking responsibility for affiliate validations Forecasting, monitoring and taking full responsibility for the performance of our paid digital channels (paid socials, email, paid search, display, programmatic and affiliates). Using data and insights to relentlessly optimise channels and maximise new customer acquisition, as well as driving repeat custom to help build a highly engaged and loyal Lulu Guinness community. Test new campaigns and channels with a strong focus on CPA, doubling down on what works Manage budgets and campaigns across all Paid channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC Collaborate with our Brand Team to deliver high quality performance advertising, grounded in insight and data Partner with our Senior E-commerce Manager on user journey optimization and A/B test across the funnel
