Job Description

Establish a detailed knowledge of the College’s audiences, markets and courses and develop content to raise awareness and engage with students, stakeholders and employers. Maintain an awareness of course programmes, events and the college calendar and maximise the promotional opportunities that arise from these opportunities. Supporting the Group PR & Communications Manager in the planning, development and distribution of external communications. Work independently with curriculum, support departments, the Students’ Union and students to proactively seek out, research and create content from good news and success stories, student activities, course highlights and high-profile events. Draft news articles, case studies, assemble media packages and prepare content for a range of external channels, ensuring CCG’s brand and tone of voice is delivered consistently. Create engaging content to sustain audience engagement, increase audience reach and encourage audience participation. Develop original and engaging video content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and expand the audience reach Manage the news sections on across all college websites, keeping pages updated and relevant. Attend internal and external events to gather content or support the team to promote the college to prospective students.
