Take responsibility for processing and activating retail and fleet finance proposals including necessary documentation, dealer invoice and customer identification verification Pro-actively work with dealers to resolve document errors in a timely and efficient manner and in line with departmental objectives Respond efficiently and professionally to incoming calls/emails and provide one call resolution for dealers and MBFS field staff querying Campaign, PMS, e-POS, Click-to-Sign, settlement and other ad hoc issues. Provide first line support for dealers in terms of e-POS and other system, functionality and on-site/Head Office training for new Business Managers/Sales Executives Communicate clearly and efficiently with dealers to obtain necessary documentation to enable contract activation or resolution of errors with a view to maximising Dealer Satisfaction Experience in a similar customer focused administrative role Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills General understanding of finance industry legislation including FCA Principles, Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit Act and Anti-Money Laundering Preferably some knowledge of MBFS product portfolio, procedures and systems (Phoneix, e-POS, Oracle, SAP, MS Office). Self-motivated with the ability to work within a pressurised environment whilst maintaining focus on personal, departmental and company objectives.
