Resolving customer issues and queries on how to use our platform and get the most from it Providing insight, information, and direction to remove any barriers to customer engagement Gather case studies, testimonials, and uses cases, and liaise with marketing to share this information across our client base Run training webinars and onboarding sessions Visit sites when needed to build customer relationships Act as a Community Manager to enhance sharing of knowledge and best practice across our customers
