Manage the district’s design requirements both with the national design team and freelancers, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to. Manage and develop the district’s photography and videography bank to ensure we are relevant and portray the forests and woodlands in the best possible manner. Provide press office support to achieve high impact coverage across a wide range of media channels to support business priorities. Support the delivery of the overarching plan to improve internal communications and collaboration in the district and encourage engagement of staff through monthly newsletters and bi-weekly updates. Be the point of contact between national and district teams in relation to internal communication initiatives, providing feedback, suggestions and seek ways to better engage local staff with national messaging/briefings. Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to schedule and coordinate content across all digital channels, increasing levels of support and engagement, driving visitors to our sites and increasing revenue. Monitor and evaluate our social media activity to ensure we are delivering on our plans and responding to issues effectively. Work closely with colleagues in the national team to keep abreast of digital and social media trends to ensure that our activity complies with best practice and regulations. Any other tasks, reasonably requested by your line manager or Head of Recreation.
