Support internal stakeholders during the preparation of technical/commercial packages for Company Tenders. • Support external Vendors throughout commercial Tender exercises, ensuring proposals are submitted in accordance with related bid info. • Manage and prepare commercial/economic bid tabulations to allow comparison of different proposals and identify actions to be taken in order to secure best bid result and/or select the Vendor. • Lead commercial/economic negotiations, liaising with internal stakeholders and Project Management where applicable. • Prepare Subcontracts/Agreements based on standard Company Terms and Conditions, and special Conditions where applicable, and managing possible deviations. • Close out Tender exercises, expediting receipt of acknowledgements from selected vendor(s), and arranging handover meetings to internal Agreement owners/User Depts. • Follow up and negotiation, where necessary, of Agreement/Subcontract revisions and extensions. • Perform all assigned activities in strict compliance with Company procedures and provided systems and tools. • Check and approve any technical documentation received with Purchase Requisitions and Technical Evaluations. • Manage contractual documentation (Archive) before the issue to centralized archive Experience Required: • Working knowledge of SAP systems and broad understanding of Contractual terms. • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, cloud based storage and operating systems. • Proven experience with E-Procurement Systems is desirable. • Experience of fast-track purchasing within a Subsea and Project based environment. • Working knowledge of ROV Systems and criticality of associated components and services. • Skilled in negotiating.
