You are confident developing influential relationships in your geographical area, whilst securing new business opportunities with suppliers, customers and hauliers. You pride yourself on developing innovative solutions to commercially benefit your area. You can build relationships and collaborate with internal teams and help to motivate, inspire across all functions - sales, customer service, transport, admin. You enjoy taking an active lead in weekly sales meetings to discuss volumes, margin and won/lost information, customer and supplier reviews, business development initiatives and other team related matters.
