Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to assist in the planning and execution of integrated brand marketing activity across paid, owned and earned media to deliver against our brand health and commercial targets. Monitor and report on our brand health and communications strategy, helping to identify trends and key insights to drive improvements to key brand metrics and the optimisation of our communications. Brief internal creative services and external agencies to support with the creation and implementation of distinctive and memorable brand assets and communications. Act as brand guardian and provide support to the Brand Lead for all internal and external brand enquiries, including managing the use and approvals of our core brand codes, trademarks and IP in-line with our brand guidelines. Challenging misuse where necessary. Responsible for ensuring our brand guidelines are maintained and remain reflective of any developments to our visual identity and tone-of-voice. Help to drive and maintain on-going awareness of brand activity and initiatives across the business, looking for new ways to promote the function and the importance of brand to stakeholders. Working with our legal, compliance and external agencies & third parties to produce communications that align to FCA and ASA guidelines. Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, such as raising purchase orders, reviewing invoices, managing budget trackers, maintaining agency relations, ad-hoc reporting, amongst others. Ensure that you're meeting customers' fair and reasonable expectations and provide fair outcomes. Question and challenge peers and managers where processes and procedures do not meet these expectations and any activity that does not place customers' interests at the heart of how we do business.
