Driving licence Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Boden Property are recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to join an established Estates Department in Warwickshire. With multiple sites across the county the Assistant Project Manager will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects and manage your own smaller projects. The higher education estate is in a period of modest capital development with a wide variety of refurbishments and upgrade projects being carried out across the college group. You will be based at their main head quarters with travel to other smaller sites when needed. The Assistant Project Manager will report into the Senior Construction Project Manager and have the opportunity to be promoted to Project Manager quickly, if you show the right traits. The Assistant Project Manager should have a construction related degree and will have significant experience managing projects in a multi-disciplinary environment, and your in-depth construction contracts, procurement and construction legislation knowledge will make you a real asset to their team. They will also consider graduates for the role. You will be able to act on your own initiative and report directly to the Director of Estates to provide a total service in the evaluation, planning, coordination, procurement, delivery and handover of projects within companies overall development plan.
