You’ll use your analytical skills to research and develop strategic pricing activities focusing on the acquisition and retention of customers and delivering maximum impact for the business. Assist in the annual planning to develop and execute marketing plans and programs in coordination with other business units and key functional areas. You’ll work with vendors and cultivate new relationships to ensure we get genuine value and creativity for our agents and partners. Working closely with stakeholders across the business you’ll garner support and robust backing for initiatives of all kinds – working on both large campaigns and individual bespoke activities. You’ll own and manage the data from marketing activities and be able to gain insight from this and communicate it effectively to stakeholders and colleagues. You’ll contribute to the project plans of the regional team and be a dynamic supporter of efforts to improve growth and value for our customers and agents.
