Deliver, by quarter, annual customer acquisition plans which align with revenues goals Develop customer acquisition strategies which rely on targeted acquisition efforts and highly personalized, multi-channel programs Manage the development of a lead funnel process alongside subscriptions sales Work with Head of Marketing to develop and unify lead scoring methodologies across the portfolio Work with Head of Marketing and the Marketing Technology and Insights team to evolve acquisition KPIs, with a view to ascertain ROI and CAC Use data and insight to optimize spend and reduce customer acquisition costs Manage and control acquisition spend by brand, ensuring analysis on ROI is achieved Work with Head of Marketing and Product Marketing Managers on developing detailed brand-specific acquisition reporting, with a view of consistency across the portfolio (attribution, campaign performance, channels performance etc.) Innovate and test new acquisition channels Work with the SEO manager and Product Marketing Manager, regularly auditing websites and championing activities to increase organic traffic Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers on acquisition marketing campaigns, taking guidance on product messaging, and audience targeting/personas
