Develop a strong relationship with clients built on expertise, confidence, trust, enthusiasm, and understanding of their business and market – this is a client facing role with day-to-day contact to be expected.· Lead client contact day to day; be highly visible and deliver a fast response on all conversations.· Taking briefs and strong media understanding. Identification of overall strategic requirements based on client and brief. · Manage the day-to-day running and coordination of client accounts and projects, including:· Contributing to media planning across both offline and online channels· Preparing and presenting Media Plans and Planning slides to clients· Regular client contact including weekly meetings to discuss sales performance versus media· Ownership of media plans and plan changes· Billing and campaign reconciliations· Media performance reporting· Keeping clients up to date with relevant reports such as competitive insight and marketplace data· Build relationships with internal Havas teams (activation, traders, buyers, creative & strategic) and external media partners to create innovative and industry leading campaigns.· Operational excellence across finance and reporting processes· Team management and development (at least 2 direct reports) FinallyAll our clients are enthusiastic, talented people that are enjoyable to work with; they recognise the time and effort we put into our standard of service and treat us as part of their team.
