Tabby is looking for a Virtual Cards Associate who will be managing all the Virtual Cards related operations. Responsibilities: Coordinate across teams to drive business growth: Monitor portfolio metrics regularly & plan for tactical interventions. Coordinate with Marketing & Co-Marketing teams to run campaigns, and experiments to drive growth. Generate monthly reports on the number of new merchants onboarded. Work with the Data team & other stakeholders to build business metric reporting. Manage merchant operations with the Business Development team Onboard new merchants across back-end platforms to ensure successful transactions and smooth user experience. Set up & enhance standard operating procedures (SOP) for Tabby card merchant onboarding operations, where you will need to: Define SLAs & KPIs for the procedures. Ensure responsible stakeholders are adhering to the SOP. Run routine audits to identify any gaps in the SOP. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in either but not limited to Business, Finance, Engineering or Marketing. Language: Fluent in English – both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal communication skills to communicate across teams and management. Comfortable with using Microsoft Office and able to create and submit reports in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Analytics: Comfortable with using tableau.
