Job Summary - To identify, plan and execute initiatives in line with company’s digital & omnichannel strategy. He/she will be building the seamless omnichannel integration across digital and physical touch points, delivering the same brand promise and experience to customers. This person will need to support prioritization, business case, requirement documentation, providing feedback and input during delivery cycle and driving cross-functional teams and vendors to common goal. The primary projects would focus on digital transformation pillar including a number of key projects: Omnichannel Enablers – Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, Return to Store, Store Fulfillment Improve Customer Experience – Checkout Journey, Order Fulfillment Expansion – Brands & Geographies About the Role: Manage end to end projects from brief, planning, execution and review stages Effectively engage the natural work team (NWT) on delivering the responsibilities within the agreed timelines, flag issues and challenges and ensure consistent support on the project Keep track of the next steps and facilitate regular progress update sessions with the NWT Review the progress of the project and support on measuring the project impact Build and maintain effective partnership and sustainable cross functional working Identify potential opportunities to drive business KPIs & process efficiency Help stakeholders prioritize initiatives and ensure timely delivery within budgeted cost Help business & IT to budget requires resources to run digital initiatives planned Will react to customer, employee and feedback to suggest changes to the plan. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral with an ability to simplify complicated issues and identify key elements in open problems Good understanding of learning and development capabilities Experience with working independently and with cross functional and remote teams Strong project management skills Strong people skills and ability to effectively engage colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business Ability to organize and communicated key project issues Actively seeks approaches and able to deliver change in a proactive, planned and measured manner Demonstrates a resilience, resourcefulness and positive attitude towards change Self-driven, highly motivated and responsible with a strong sense of ownership Able to manage strong follow ups to ensure all actions are timely completed
