About the role- The role holder is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of Marketing activities across the relevant focus area: Events, PR, Social media, Corporate Communication, Retail Brand Marketing, etc., to support the marketing strategy and objectives. Work cohesively with all members of the marketing team (Omni, Digital and BA) to create an omni channel activation plan and drive implementation to maximize brand exposure. Deliver reports and analysis on activation plans, associated expenditure and resulting return on investment. Monitor and benchmark competitor activities, category trends and consumer habits in the market, recommending plans and actions to ensure competitive advantage. Identify activation opportunities across channels and recommend innovative solutions. Liaise with internal team members (product team, brand team, etc.) as well as external teams (agencies, influencers and communities). Content creation through assisting in photoshoots within the portfolio based on the pre-approved brief and storyboard. Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.) Overall Asset Management Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or any relevant discipline A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience Creative thinking skills Communication skills Awareness of social media trends
