The In-store Success Specialist role is to activate offline branches of an existing partner of Tabby, advise and ensure installation of Tabby collaterals, guide store managers on the best use of Tabby in-store and train store staff. You will act as a liaison between the partner\'s offline team and the responsible Account Manager at Tabby to ensure a smooth offline store launch.\r\n\r\nYou\'ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:\r\nDevelop thorough understanding of Tabby products and services\r\nGuide partners on Tabby products and services/features\r\nEnsure Tabby collaterals are available, deployed and visible\r\nMonitor store performance\r\nDevelop weekly/daily training strategies for new stores\r\nConnecting merchants with internal teams\r\nDrive day to day engagement with merchants and manage their regular business reviews and meetings\r\nDo regular sanity checks on store and deliver the needed products/trainings\r\nEnhance the onboarding process for new stores/key accounts\r\nShare weekly/monthly reports on top performing stores\r\n\r\nYou should apply if you are:\r\nA good communicator (both verbal and written) and demonstrate the ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level\r\nGreat with people and comfortable working across different people groups\r\nQuick on your feet and able to customize solutions for each of our partners depending on their circumstances\r\nStructured in your thinking, organized in your planning with the ability to execute and adjust your plan accordingly\r\nFlexible in your approach and able to switch priorities and shift plans according to different circumstances\r\nAble to work closely with x-functional teams internally; marketing, product, operations, etc\r\nA people person who isn\'t afraid to be a leader, coach and/or advisor to different partner teams\r\n\r\nWhat you can expect\r\nWe offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team.\r\nA working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.\r\nYou should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career.\r\nParticipation in company\'s employee stock options program.\r\nHealth Insurance\r\n\r\nWe are passionate about creating an equitable, high-performing workplace that gives people from all backgrounds the support they need to thrive, grow and meet their goals (whatever they may be).\r\n\r\nIf this sounds exciting to you, we\'d love to hear from you!
