Key Responsibilities: Responsible for facilities operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Oversee field activities associated with a facility or group of facilities. Identify and implement energy efficiency and savings initiatives of the group . Support in the development operating & capital budgets for the school building and facility. Complete routine property inspections to determine extent of needed services required. Recommend, justify, develop, coordinate projects that enhance the value of the property. Ensure adherence of Company Risk Management Policies/Procedures. Administer environmental programs while working in partnership w/ the company's EH&S Manager. Ensure optimal functionality of building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, elevators, UPS, generator, etc.) Manage vendors (landscaping, janitorial, security services, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and maintenance staff assigned to the properties. Develop/maintain positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff. Work in conjunction w/ the Technical Services Manager in overseeing of On-site Facilities Services contractors. Respond to afterhours facilities related emergencies and determine appropriate course of action to resolve issues. Support with the implementation of the traffic management plan and the school bus transportation services. Support the implementation of HAAD and authority regulations for clinic operation. Lead the security team in implementing the school safety and security policies and procedure. Support with the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Lead the soft and hardscape services of the school and ensure that the plantation are in good upkeep and presentable. Manage contractors and implementation of CAPEX projects. Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or 3 to 5 years of related experience preferably in school, retail, business office, real estate environment, or hospitality facility maintenance experience. CFM, NEBOSH, and IOSH certification preferred.
