Key Responsibilities Grow client's corporate digital presence through website, PWA, SEO campaigns and the development of relevant B2C and B2B content. As a client-facing role, develop fully integrated digital media campaigns with clear measurable KPIs for events. Manage Customer Relationship Management, growing the B2C customer database and providing customer insights for targeted campaigns. Manage the tools (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud) and guide the development of compelling internal and external email/SMS campaigns for the organization and events. Develop and manage the digital campaign plan - schedule and monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables. Responsible for all RFP/RFQs required for digital deliverables for events. Manage the digital budget and approve supplier's quotes for the team who support on new contracts, LPOs and invoices with Legal/Finance departments.
