About the role This role is focused on agency growth through marketing activity, winning new business and helping develop existing client accounts. This person will work closely with the existing new business advocates within the Delivery, Experience Design and Technical teams to ensure the best approach is taken, whether working with existing clients or securing new ones. Reporting to: Managing Director Key Responsibilities New Business Triage inbound leads using our criteria set Reviewing procurement portals and bringing relevant leads to the team Prepping and sharing creds decks with potential clients Owning the pitching process and ensuring relevant team members are involved Marketing Helping define and contribute toward agency-wide promotional initiatives Own the relationship with listing publications such as Clutch, Digital Agency Network and The Drum to maximise Catch’s visibility across these channels Generate and disseminate thought leadership and case study content Identify and secure relationships with additional listing publications and bodies Requirements 1+ years Digital Agency experience in a similar or adjacent role Track record of strong client and colleague relationships Understanding of the open source landscape Positive and confident approach when dealing with clients UK based Benefits Flexible working hours Hybrid working model - work from home or our lovely studio Optional Nine-Day fortnight working pattern (every other Friday off!)
