WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING; The Creative Director will be responsible for quality control, driving innovation, and creativity within our design offering by leading brainstorming sessions, developing innovative concepts, and ensuring all projects are on the right trajectory to exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned visual and user experience designer with a deep understanding of digital products and experiences This role entails working closely with our clients to define a best-in-class customer experience, while overseeing our Design Team to ensure quality control in planning, executing, and delivering creative work to the highest standard. The Creative Director leads design craft at Fueled—ensuring that our processes, tooling, and output are progressive, innovative, and elegant. Set and maintain a strong creative vision for Fueled Collaborate and build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their business goals Brainstorm with the project designers to help develop innovative and progressive ideas for our clients projects Guide, mentor, and inspire team members by providing guidance, support, and feedback to set and maintain a high level of execution across multiple projects Support in the presentation of creative work to clients and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and feedback as needed Pitch concepts to clients and stakeholders through innovative and engaging storytelling Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital space, and ensure that our team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver work ahead of the game Build long-lasting relationships with clients to create a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. Work closely with other departments, such as product management, project management and development, to ensure that creative deliverables are integrated seamlessly into the project plan Develop and maintain a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the design team. WHO YOU ARE 10+ years of experience in a Creative Director role, preferably at a digital product agency Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative solutions across iOS, Android, and Web products Strong understanding of design principles and digital product development Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team by directing projects on a path to success Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and able to think creatively under pressure INTERVIEW PROCESS Kudos for submitting your application, you’ll be hearing from us within the next 48 hours!
